If your child is out of School please notify the Center immediately, please call the office, send us an email or text. Staff members are concerned when a child is out and would appreciate knowing when your child is sick. If a communicable disease is diagnosed, we need the information for the safety of other children who may have been exposed. Thank you for the consideration.
It is the parent’s responsibility to notify the Center if your child will be ABSENT. If Parents does not notify the Center your child will lose Transportation the next day.
If the child/children is/are not attending the program and parent has not contact the office to excuse the absent the administration office will contact the parent by phone and email.
If a communicable disease is reported by the parent, The Director of the program will contact the Board of Health
CHILDREN CAN NOT ATTEND THE AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM IF THEY BEEN SUSPENDED FROM SCHOOL OR STAY HOME SICK.
